Residing in Hunting Valley, Ohio, Bassem Mansour has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Dayton and an MBA in finance from Case Western Reserve University. Bassem Mansour is a co-CEO of Resilience Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Cleveland.

Under his leadership, the firm has been awarded Private Equity Firm of the Year by the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Mansour also serves as a board member, chairman, or lead director of some of the company's portfolio companies like the Hathaway Brown School, the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, and the Western Reserve Land Conservancy.

He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Association for Corporate Growth, the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Turnaround Management Association. He has also had several articles published in the Smart Business magazine.

He is a seasoned speaker on distressed investing and private equity. During his free time, he enjoys playing golf, fishing and traveling away from his residence in Hunting Valley.
